Dr. Raji Rajan, currently an assistant professor at JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) in Bengaluru, India. She is a distinguished academician with 15 years of experience in finance, economics, and business studies and holds an M.Com., M.A., M.Phil., and Ph.D. in Economics from Rani Durgawati University, India. She has participated in and presented at numerous national and international webinars and conferences. She has published over 25 research papers in esteemed Scopus, ABDC, and UGC care-listed journals. Her research interests include financial management, economic development, leadership, and entrepreneurship. She is also developing MOOC content. Her six patents have been published, and she has co-authored three books at the national level and four book chapters (Scopus Indexed). She is committed to advancing knowledge and has actively contributed to student development initiatives and various academic forums.
